Service Policy (Terms of Service) — MR PixelPrints

Welcome to MR PixelPrints – Custom Premium Apparel (“MR PixelPrints,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website and web app (the “Service”), placing an order, uploading artwork, or communicating with us, you agree to these Service Terms (“Service Policy”).

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Scope of Services

MR PixelPrints provides custom printing and apparel services including (but not limited to):

Jerseys, uniforms, shirts, hoodies, team apparel

Tarpaulin, stickers, labels, signage, prints

Design assistance, layouting, and production support

Available services may change without notice.

2) Orders and Confirmations

A. Quotation vs. Confirmed Order

A quotation is not a confirmed order.

An order is confirmed only when (1) details are finalized and (2) payment requirements are met.

B. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of:

Sizes, quantities, names, numbers, spelling

Colors, layouts, and design content

Delivery details and contact information

3) Artwork, Design Files, and Proof Approval

A. File Submission

To avoid delays and quality issues, we recommend:

Vector files (AI/PDF/SVG) or high-resolution PNG

Correct size/dimensions and clear instructions

B. Proof/Mockup Approval

When we send a proof/mockup, production starts only after your explicit approval (message confirmation or approval in the app).

C. After Approval

Once you approve the final proof:

Changes are treated as new revisions and may require additional fees and time.

MR PixelPrints is not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof.

4) Revisions and Design Fees

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the product/service package.

Excessive revisions, redesign requests, or major changes may incur additional fees.

Rush edits may require rush fees.

5) Production Timeline and Rush Orders

Production timelines vary by product type, quantity, and workload.

Rush orders may be accepted only if capacity allows and may include rush fees.

Delays due to incomplete details, late approvals, or late payments are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Pricing, Payments, and Partial Payments

Prices depend on size, quantity, fabric/material, print method, and design complexity.

We may require downpayment before production begins.

Partial payments may be accepted based on the order type, but release of finished items requires payment completion unless agreed in writing.

7) Cancellations

Before production starts:

Cancellation may be allowed, but design/setup fees may be non-refundable.

After production starts:

Orders are generally non-cancellable because items are custom-made.

8) Refunds and Reprints

Because we produce custom items, refunds are limited.

We will offer a reprint, correction, or appropriate resolution if:

There is a production defect caused by MR PixelPrints (e.g., misprint, incorrect item vs. approved proof, material defect).

Refunds or free reprints are not provided for:

Customer-provided incorrect information (spelling, sizes, details)

Changes requested after proof approval

Normal variation in color due to screen differences or material/ink behavior

Wear-and-tear or misuse after delivery

If there is an issue, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos/video evidence.

9) Color and Print Variations

Colors may vary slightly between digital previews and final prints due to calibration, material type, ink, lighting, and print process.

We aim for accurate output but cannot guarantee exact screen-to-print matching.

10) Delivery, Shipping, and Pickup

Delivery estimates depend on courier schedules and location.

Courier delays are outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handoff to the courier, but we will assist in filing claims where applicable.

For pickup orders, please claim within the agreed timeframe.

11) Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit or request content that is illegal or infringes rights, including:

Copyrighted designs without permission

Offensive/hate/harassing content

Fraudulent or misleading branding

We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate laws or our standards.

12) Account Usage and Security

You are responsible for activities under your account.

Do not share your login credentials.

We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

MR PixelPrints is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

14) Changes to This Policy

We may update these Service Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
